Oh the lovely spot !... To discover the beautiful farm house of the Auberge le Beau Lieu typical of Normandy, among beech trees and meadows, between Rouen and Beauvais.
For David Delalandre, a Norman cook who gives pride of place to Neufchâtel cheese and Gournay hen, and for his famous home-made smoked salmon.
For the authenticity of Auberge le Beau-Lieu's dining-room with exposed beams and a huge hearth where a chimney fire crackles all year long.
