As a starter, try the foie gras marinated in Loupiac with dry fruit seedlings; as a main dish, delicately roasted lobster with tarragon butter; and for dessert, Guy’s famous OGM.

The restaurant boasts a beautiful wine cellar, notably rich with white Burgundies.
